		PITCH PERFECT STUDIO

If you are passionate about singing or making music..I can be the person to help you fulfill that passion. I devote every breath I take into my teachings giving students nothing short of a higher knowledge of music. At affordable rates and a friendly environment, allow me to help your explore your musical needs.

Lessons generally run for one hour and meet once a week, unless otherwise arranged.

There is a "minimum" of a 3-month commitment required for students to began instruction. A deposit will be required.


		Voice Instruction (Beg. & Intermediate Level)

	Piano (Beginning Level)

Sight Reading & Ear Training Instruction (Voice)

This is to help students be able to not only read music but to specifically make their pitch more consistant. Music theory is incorporated into this process.

u Level 1 t introduction to voice t identify functions and parts t learn voice types t posture
u Level 2 t breath control t articulation (vowels and consonants) t exercises to incorporate techniques (warm-ups)
u Level 3 t incorporating accompaniment t adding text to song t incorporating range t pitch and tone
u Level 4 t voice maintenance t exercises for body maintenance t song cycles (for auditions) t text analysis t develop voice style
u Level 5 t voice w/movement t developing stage presence t strengthening range


	Sessions will consist of the following: t identify lines & spaces t learning key signatures t recognizing pitches from key signatures t various ear exercises t identifying & dictating intervals

Piano Instruction (Beginning) This course is for the person who has never had piano lessons and wishes to be able to play at leisure. Student will have assigned pieces and will be expected to slowly progress.

     Other elements include:
          -identifying keys and functions
          -phrasing
          -posture
          -standard fingering
          -identifying key signatures
          -identifying note staffing

Vocal Coaching Coaching is available to students who've had formal training and just need assistance with a specific piece or vocal need. Not to be confused with vocal instruction; coaching is just to help you present what you already have and make it sound the best as possible.

Accompaniments Accompaniments or vocal scores are also available for those in need. They can be provided at home or at the studio.

Public Speaking Here students learn technique that strictly applies to speech and public speaking. I culminate a strategy pulled from my own experiences that has been effective for so many speakers and presenters. Focus is primarily on the placement of the voice, presentation(appearance) as well as line analysis. I also give effective techniques that help an individual learn what it means to "sell".
